Responsibilities

• Payroll & Admin Officer: Managing the complete payroll cycle with high accuracy, ensuring compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws, and maintaining organized employee records while supporting daily office administration.

• Area Manager (F&B): Overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets to ensure operational excellence, maintaining consistent food quality standards, and driving outstanding customer experiences across all locations.

Requirements

• For Payroll & Admin Officer: A Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of professional experience, specifically in HR administration and payroll cycle management.

• For Area Manager (F&B): Proven leadership experience in the F&B sector with a track record of managing multiple sites and maintaining high service standards.

• General: Strong knowledge of local regulations and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Open to local hires only.

• مدير المنطقة (F&B): الإشراف على عدة فروع للأغذية والمشروبات لضمان التميز التشغيلي، والحفاظ على معايير جودة الطعام الثابتة، وتقديم تجارب عملاء استثنائية في جميع المواقع.

المتطلبات

• لمسؤول الرواتب: درجة البكالوريوس مع خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، وتحديداً في الإدارة البشرية وإدارة دورة الرواتب.

• لمدير المنطقة: خبرة قيادية مثبتة في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات مع سجل حافل في إدارة عدة مواقع والحفاظ على معايير الخدمة العالية.

• عام: معرفة قوية باللوائح المحلية والقدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة. التوظيف متاح للمرشحين من داخل الكويت فقط.
