Positions

• Leadership: Cafe Supervisor / Assistant Manager, Head Pastry Chef (Arabic).

• Specialized Chefs: Cake Decorator, Arabic Sweets Chef, Pastry and Bakery Chef (Pinoy), Chocolate Chef, Assistant Pastry Chef (Pinoy), Pastry Chef.

• Service & Support: Barista, Crew Member, Kitchen Helper (Indian or Arabic kitchen experience), Kitchen Helper (Chocolate shop).

Responsibilities

• Culinary Leadership: Overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in high-end Arabic and international pastry production.

• Artisanal Production: Designing and decorating custom cakes, crafting premium chocolates, and preparing authentic Arabic sweets.

• Front of House: Crafting specialty coffee, managing café daily operations, and delivering professional customer service.

• Kitchen Support: Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and assisting chefs in food preparation for large-scale operations.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven professional background in the relevant field (Pastry, Bakery, or Café management).

• Skills: Strong artistic ability (for decorators/chefs) and excellent communication skills (for service roles).

• Residency: Must hold a valid Kuwaiti Residency (Visa 18 - Regular).

• Availability: This is a local hire only; candidates must be available for an immediate start.

Benefits

• الخدمة والدعم: باريستا، عضو فريق (Crew Member)، مساعد مطبخ (خبرة في المطابخ الهندية أو العربية)، مساعد مطبخ لمحل شوكولاتة.

المسؤوليات

• القيادة المطبخية: الإشراف على عمليات المطبخ وضمان التناسق في إنتاج الحلويات العربية والعالمية الراقية.

• الإنتاج الحرفي: تصميم وتزيين الكيك المخصص، ابتكار شوكولاتة فاخرة، وتحضير الحلويات العربية الأصيلة.

• صالة العرض والمقهى: تحضير القهوة المختصة، إدارة العمليات اليومية للمقهى، وتقديم خدمة عملاء احترافية.

• دعم المطبخ: الحفاظ على نظافة المطبخ ومساعدة الطهاة في تجهيز المكونات للعمليات الكبرى.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة: خلفية مهنية مثبتة في المجال ذي الصلة (حلويات، مخبوزات، أو إدارة المقاهي).

• المهارات: قدرة فنية وإبداعية قوية (للشيفات والمزخرفين) ومهارات تواصل ممتازة (لأدوار الخدمة).

• الإقامة: يجب امتلاك إقامة كويتية سارية (مادة 18 - أهلي).

• التوافر: التوظيف من داخل الكويت فقط، ويجب أن يكون المتقدم مستعداً للانضمام الفوري.
