About the Company
Oishii Sushi is a growing F&B brand in Kuwait committed to delivering premium quality and maintaining the highest food safety standards. We are looking for a professional Quality Control Officer to ensure compliance with food safety and operational excellence across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor food quality and hygiene standards across all outlets
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and Kuwait Municipality regulations
- Conduct routine inspections and internal audits in kitchens and storage areas
- Monitor food handling, storage temperatures, and sanitation practices
- Prepare quality reports and corrective action plans
- Train staff on food safety standards and best practices
- Follow up on customer complaints related to food quality
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to maintain consistency and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or related field
- Proven experience in Quality Control within F&B or restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations in Kuwait
- Experience in conducting audits and preparing compliance reports
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and across multiple branches
- Ready to join immediately is an advantage

المهام:
- متابعة جودة الطعام ومعايير النظافة
- الالتزام بأنظمة HACCP ولوائح بلدية الكويت
- إجراء زيارات تفتيش دورية للمطابخ والمخازن
- متابعة طرق التخزين ودرجات الحرارة
- إعداد تقارير الجودة وخطط التصحيح
- تدريب الموظفين على معايير السلامة
- متابعة شكاوى العملاء
- التنسيق مع فرق التشغيل والمطابخ
المتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس علوم غذاء أو جودة أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة في مراقبة الجودة بمجال المطاعم أو F&B
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة HACCP
- خبرة في التدقيق وإعداد التقارير
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية
- دقة عالية وقدرة على حل المشكلات
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وبين عدة فروع
- يفضل الجاهزية الفورية
