Senior Electrical Engineer (Part-Time)
Job Description:
- Undertake scheduled and breakdown electrical maintenance of engineering equipment or plant
- Ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably
- Supervise engineering and technical staff
- Act quickly to make on-the-spot repairs when electrical systems and machinery malfunction
- Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service
- Make inspections and assess potential problems
- Responsible for supervising electrical technicians, including hiring and training new technician team members
- Achieve electrical maintenance operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Provide electrical power by maintaining electrical equipment and outlets; including energy management system for lighting, security gates, and mall conveyor system
- Comply with codes by adhering to requirements; advise senior management on needed actions
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking electrical material stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for electrical material
- Enhance facilities services and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns
- Ensure that equipment are in good working order to prevent disruption of activities
- Help the organization to reduce energy costs
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services
- Provide safe working environment for staff and ensure electricity-induced accidents are prevented
- Anticipate problems and quickly find solutions, evaluate situations and provide prompt solutions to challenges
- Ensure quality of technical specifications for spares and sub-contracted work
- Provide hands-on training to subordinates to enhance work quality
- Maintain complete confidentiality of all sensitive matters relating to the business and Maintenance Department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8–10 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction
- Location: Kuwait

- الالتزام بالمعايير والقوانين
- متابعة المخزون وطلبات المواد الكهربائية
- تحسين كفاءة الخدمات وتقليل التكاليف
- ضمان استمرارية عمل المعدات
- تقليل استهلاك الطاقة
- تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية
- توفير بيئة عمل آمنة
- حل المشكلات الفنية بسرعة وكفاءة
- ضمان جودة المواصفات الفنية
- تدريب الفريق لتحسين الأداء
- الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات
المتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس هندسة كهربائية
- خبرة من 8 إلى 10 سنوات في العقارات أو المقاولات
