Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Perform periodic physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies with digital and physical records to ensure 100% accuracy.

• Material Identification: Ensure proper labeling, identification, and systematic documentation of all technical materials and equipment entering or leaving the store.

• Spare Parts Management: Utilize specialized knowledge to identify and organize machinery and vehicle spare parts effectively.

• Compliance: Ensure full adherence to company policies, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations, and professional material handling procedures at all times.

• Operational Flow: Manage the receipt and issuance of materials to support ongoing construction and maintenance projects without delays.

Requirements

• Technical Knowledge: Strong and proven knowledge of machinery and vehicle spare parts is essential.

• Experience: Previous experience in storekeeping, preferably within the construction, automotive, or heavy machinery sectors.

• Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency for record-keeping.

• HSE Awareness: Deep understanding of safety standards related to warehouse management and heavy material handling.

• Attributes: A methodical approach to work and the ability to maintain order in a high-volume industrial setting.

المسؤوليات

• مراقبة المخزون: إجراء جرد دوري فعلي للمخزون وتسوية أي فروقات مع السجلات الورقية والرقمية لضمان دقة البيانات بنسبة 100%.

• تعريف المواد: ضمان التوسيم (Labeling) الصحيح والتعريف والتوثيق المنهجي لجميع المواد والمعدات الفنية التي تدخل أو تخرج من المخزن.

• إدارة قطع الغيار: توظيف المعرفة المتخصصة لتحديد وتنظيم قطع غيار الآليات والمركبات بشكل فعال.

• الامتثال: ضمان الالتزام التام بسياسات الشركة، ولوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، وإجراءات مناولة المواد الاحترافية.

• التدفق التشغيلي: إدارة استلام وصرف المواد لدعم مشاريع الإنشاء والصيانة القائمة دون أي تأخير.

• المعرفة الفنية: معرفة قوية ومثبتة بقطع غيار الآليات والمركبات (شرط أساسي).
