■إعداد تقارير شاملة وصيانة البيانات الدقيقة باستخدام برنامج Excel وأدوات تحليل البيانات المتخصصة.

■تسهيل التواصل المهني بين الأطراف المعنية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

■الإشراف على عمليات إدخال البيانات وضمان سلامة وثائق المشروع.

■تنسيق المهام الإدارية اليومية لدعم تسليم المشاريع بكفاءة وسلاسة.

المتطلبات

■شهادة جامعية في أي تخصص من مؤسسة تعليمية معتمدة.

■خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في أعمال تنسيق المشاريع المتعلقة بالقوى العاملة (Manpower).

■إجادة تامة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة) بشكل إلزامي.

■إتقان متقدم لبرامج MS Excel وMS Word وأدوات إعداد التقارير الحديثة.

■قدرة مثبتة على التعامل مع مهام التنسيق المعقدة داخل بيئة الشركات.

■الإقامة الحالية في الكويت والجاهزية للالتزام بدور مهني طويل الأمد.
