Requirements
■Scaffolders: Proven experience in the safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
■Scaffolders: Strong working knowledge of international and site-specific safety procedures.
■Civil Workers: Hands-on experience in general civil works, including construction and maintenance.
■General: Physical fitness and readiness to perform demanding site-based labor.
■General: Ability to work efficiently within a collaborative team environment.
■General: Applicants must be currently residing in Kuwait and available for an immediate start.
Responsibilities
■Scaffolders: Installing and securing scaffolding systems at various heights according to technical plans.
■Scaffolders: Conducting safety checks on materials and structures to prevent site hazards.
■Civil Workers: Executing a variety of construction tasks, including concrete work, masonry, and site preparation.
■Civil Workers: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
■Adhering to all company and client safety protocols and using proper PPE at all times.
■Coordinating with site supervisors to meet project milestones and quality standards.
