Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement of high-quality materials, heavy equipment, and essential services for large-scale construction projects.
Vendor Relations: Build and sustain strategic partnerships with global and local suppliers, ensuring reliability and mutual growth.
Operational Oversight: Ensure all deliveries are timely and strictly comply with technical quality standards and project specifications.
Strategic Reporting: Monitor inventory levels and utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to prepare comprehensive procurement reports, budgets, and planning forecasts.
Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate supplier performance and refine procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Commerce.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of specialized procurement experience specifically within construction projects.
Software Expertise: Strong proficiency and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential.
Communication: Native Arabic speakers are preferred; must possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proven ability in procurement planning, budgeting, and detailed technical reporting.

التقارير الاستراتيجية: مراقبة المخزون واستخدام نظام Microsoft Dynamics 365 لإعداد تقارير المشتريات والميزانيات وخطط التوريد.
تطوير العمليات: تقييم أداء الموردين بشكل دوري وتطوير إجراءات الشراء لرفع الكفاءة وتقليل التكاليف.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو التجارة.
الخبرة: خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال المشتريات، وتحديداً في مشاريع المقاولات والإنشاءات.
الخبرة التقنية: إتقان تام للعمل على نظام Microsoft Dynamics 365.
اللغة والتواصل: يفضل المتحدثون باللغة العربية (كلغة أم)، مع مهارات تفاوض وتواصل استثنائية.
المهارات المهنية: خبرة مثبتة في تخطيط المشتريات، إعداد الميزانيات، وإصدار التقارير الفنية.
