Requirements

■Proven experience in KOC or KNPC projects is highly preferred and will be given priority.

■Possession of a valid Kuwaiti driving license is a distinct advantage.

■قيادة فرق العمل في الموقع والمقاولين من الباطن للحفاظ على أعلى معايير السلامة والجودة.

■التنسيق بين الجهات المعنية بالمشروع لتبسيط سير العمل وحل التحديات التشغيلية.

■ضمان التزام كافة عمليات الموقع ببروتوكولات السلامة الخاصة بشركة نفط الكويت (KOC) أو شركة البترول الوطنية (KNPC).

■رفع تقارير دورية حول حالة المشروع ومتطلبات الموارد إلى الإدارة العليا بفعالية.

المتطلبات

■خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الإشراف على المشاريع.

■شهادة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة هي مطلب إلزامي.

■الإقامة الحالية في الكويت مع القدرة على مباشرة العمل فوراً.

■يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في مشاريع KOC أو KNPC وستعطى الأولوية لهؤلاء المرشحين.

■امتلاك رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول يعتبر ميزة إضافية.

■مهارات قيادية وتواصل قوية مع قدرة عالية على حل المشكلات في البيئات الصناعية.
