Join the prestigious team at Hassan Abul and play a pivotal role in our Wood Division’s operations. We are looking for two highly organized Sales Coordinators to manage complex logistics, streamline order processing, and ensure our customers receive the exceptional service and quality that our brand is known for across the region.

Responsibilities

■Entering and maintaining precise data within the ERP system to ensure operational accuracy.

■Creating and managing customer accounts, sales orders, formal quotations, and purchase requests.

■Coordinating the full cycle of invoicing and delivery orders to ensure timely logistics operations.

■Verifying the completeness and accuracy of all technical and commercial documentation.

■Maintaining up-to-date records of product specifications and pricing information.

■Following up with overseas suppliers to manage international logistics and supply chains.

■Liaising effectively with internal accounts, commercial, and technical teams for seamless workflow.

■Monitoring production status and tracking delivery timelines to meet customer deadlines.

■Preparing internal memos and reports for management approvals when required.

Requirements

■Relevant university degree from an accredited institution.

■Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in administrative or sales coordination roles.

■High proficiency in MS Office and professional experience using ERP systems.

■Strong problem-solving, coordination, and teamwork abilities.

■Customer-focused approach with a high attention to detail.

■Must hold a valid Kuwaiti transferable residency (Article 18).

■Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.

انضم إلى الفريق المرموق في شركة حسن أبل والعب دوراً محورياً في عمليات قسم الأخشاب لدينا. نحن نبحث عن منسقي مبيعات (عدد 2) على قدر عالٍ من التنظيم لإدارة العمليات اللوجستية المعقدة، وتبسيط معالجة الطلبات، وضمان حصول عملائنا على الخدمة الاستثنائية والجودة التي تشتهر بها علامتنا التجارية في المنطقة.

المسؤوليات

■إدخال وصيانة البيانات الدقيقة داخل نظام الـ ERP لضمان الدقة التشغيلية.

■إنشاء وإدارة حسابات العملاء، وأوامر المبيعات، وعروض الأسعار الرسمية، وطلبات الشراء.

■تنسيق الدورة الكاملة للفواتير وأوامر التسليم لضمان سير العمليات اللوجستية في الوقت محدد.

■التحقق من اكتمال ودقة كافة المستندات الفنية والتجارية.

■تحديث السجلات الخاصة بمواصفات المنتجات ومعلومات التسعير بانتظام.

■متابعة الموردين الخارجيين لإدارة الشحن الدولي وسلاسل التوريد.

■التنسيق الفعال مع الإدارات الداخلية (المحاسبة، القسم التجاري، الفني) لضمان سلاسة العمل.

■مراقبة حالة الإنتاج وتتبع جداول التسليم لضمان الوفاء بمواعيد العملاء.

■إعداد المذكرات الداخلية والتقارير للحصول على موافقات الإدارة عند الحاجة.

المتطلبات

■شهادة جامعية ذات صلة من مؤسسة تعليمية معتمدة.

■خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مهام التنسيق الإداري أو تنسيق المبيعات.

■إتقان عالٍ لمجموعة برامج MS Office وخبرة مهنية في استخدام أنظمة الـ ERP.

■قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات والتنسيق والعمل الجماعي.

■نهج يركز على خدمة العملاء مع اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل.

■يجب امتلاك إقامة كويتية سارية وقابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).

■القدرة على مباشرة العمل فوراً أو خلال فترة إخطار قصيرة.
