Requirements

■Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related field.

■2–4 years of proven professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the Kuwaiti market.

■Deep knowledge of Kuwaiti market trends, cultural nuances, and consumer aesthetics.

■Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

■Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) is mandatory.

■Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple creative projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

■Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency permit (Article 18).

■Immediate availability to join the team is a primary requirement.

Responsibilities

■Developing innovative visual concepts that align with the brand’s identity and strategic marketing goals.

■Collaborating closely with the marketing team and management to support talent engagement activities through creative assets.

■Designing a wide range of digital and print materials, including social media content, brand presentations, and promotional collateral.

المتطلبات

■درجة البكالوريوس في تصميم الجرافيك، أو الفنون البصرية، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

■خبرة مهنية مثبتة تتراوح بين 2 إلى 4 سنوات في تصميم الجرافيك، ويفضل أن تكون داخل السوق الكويتي.

■معرفة عميقة باتجاهات السوق الكويتي، والفروق الثقافية، والذوق العام للمستهلك المحلي.

■إتقان تام لمجموعة برامج Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) بالإضافة إلى برنامج Canva.

■إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة (قراءة، كتابة، وتحدثاً) وهو شرط أساسي.

■قدرة مثبتة على إدارة وترتيب أولويات مشاريع إبداعية متعددة في وقت واحد وبجداول زمنية ضيقة.

■الإقامة الحالية في الكويت مع وجود إقامة سارية المفعول قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).

■القدرة على مباشرة العمل فوراً هي مطلب أساسي لهذه الوظيفة.

المسؤوليات

■تطوير مفاهيم بصرية مبتكرة تتوافق مع هوية العلامة التجارية والأهداف التسويقية الاستراتيجية.

■التعاون الوثيق مع فريق التسويق والإدارة لدعم أنشطة جذب المواهب من خلال الأصول الإبداعية.

■تصميم مجموعة واسعة من المواد الرقمية والمطبوعة، بما في ذلك محتوى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وعروض البراند.

■ضمان عكس كافة المخرجات الإبداعية لفهم حقيقي للثقافة المحلية مع الحفاظ على معايير التصميم العالمية.

■تنفيذ التعديلات والمراجعات الدقيقة بناءً على الملاحظات الداخلية ومتطلبات المشروع.

■الحفاظ على مكتبات أصول منظمة وضمان تطبيق هوية العلامة التجارية بشكل متسق عبر كافة المنصات.
