Responsibilities

المسؤوليات

• تنفيذي التسويق: تطوير وتنفيذ حملات تسويقية استراتيجية لتعزيز حضور العلامة التجارية في القطاع العقاري.

• مستشار المبيعات: التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين، تقديم استشارات عقارية متخصصة، وتحقيق أهداف النمو من خلال بناء شبكة علاقات قوية.

• المساعد الإداري: تقديم دعم مكتبي رفيع المستوى، إدارة سير العمل، وضمان سلاسة العمليات اليومية.

• المحاسب / محاسب أول: إدارة التقارير المالية، ضمان الامتثال للوائح والمبادئ المحاسبية، والإشراف على الميزانيات والتدفقات المالية.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى في تخصص ذي صلة.

• الخبرة القطاعية: خبرة سابقة أو خلفية معرفية جيدة في مجال العقارات.

• اللغات: إتقان تام للغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة).

• المهارات: مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية وتحليلية قوية تتناسب مع طبيعة كل وظيفة.
