Elevate your career with Jashanmal, a premier name in retail and distribution. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Warehouse In-charge to lead our Kuwait operations, ensuring seamless inventory flow and operational precision within our state-of-the-art logistics hub.

Responsibilities

■Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations to maintain peak efficiency.

■Managing inventory control, stock accuracy, and conducting regular cycle counts.

■Supervising all receiving, storage, and dispatch activities for retail goods.

■Ensuring proper documentation and real-time updates within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

■Monitoring warehouse staff performance and driving team productivity.

■Maintaining strict safety standards and high housekeeping levels across the facility.

■Coordinating effectively with logistics, procurement, and store teams for smooth distribution.

Requirements

■Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in warehouse operations.

■Specific background in the Retail sector is highly preferred.

■Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

■Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

■Ability to handle operational pressure and meet strict logistics deadlines.

المسؤوليات

■الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمستودع لضمان الحفاظ على كفاءة الأداء.

■إدارة مراقبة المخزون، ودقة التخزين، وإجراء جرد دوري مستمر.

■الإشراف على كافة أنشطة الاستلام والتخزين والشحن لبضائع التجزئة.

■ضمان التوثيق الصحيح والتحديث الفوري للبيانات على نظام إدارة المستودعات (WMS).

■مراقبة أداء موظفي المستودع وتحفيز إنتاجية الفريق.

■الالتزام بمعايير السلامة الصارمة والحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم مرافق المستودع.

■التنسيق الفعال مع فرق اللوجستيات والمشتريات والمتاجر لضمان سلاسة التوزيع.

المتطلبات

■خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 5 سنوات في عمليات المستودعات.

■يفضل وجود خلفية سابقة في قطاع التجزئة (Retail).

■معرفة قوية وخبرة عملية في استخدام أنظمة إدارة المستودعات (WMS).

■مهارات قيادية مثبتة مع القدرة على إدارة وتوجيه فريق عمل متنوع.

■القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط التشغيلي والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية اللوجستية.
