Planning Engineer
Responsibilities
Strategic Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software (Primavera P6/MS Project).
Cross-Border Coordination: Synchronize workflows and resource allocation for ongoing projects in both Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, identify potential delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Resource Optimization: Analyze manpower, equipment, and material requirements to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive progress reports, S-curves, and productivity analyses for senior management and stakeholders.
Cost Integration: Collaborate with the commercial team to integrate cost-loading and budget tracking into the master schedule.
Requirements
Professional Experience: Strong and proven experience in project planning and scheduling specifically within the construction sector.
Regional Expertise: Familiarity with construction standards and project environments in Kuwait and/or Saudi Arabia is highly valued.
Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic project insights.
Coordination Skills: Strong communication abilities to liaise between site teams, subcontractors, and clients.

المسؤوليات
الجدولة الاستراتيجية: تطوير وصيانة جداول زمنية مفصلة للمشاريع باستخدام برامج احترافية (Primavera P6/MS Project).
التنسيق الإقليمي: مزامنة سير العمل وتخصيص الموارد للمشاريع الجارية في كل من الكويت والمملكة العربية السعودية.
متابعة التقدم: تتبع المعالم الرئيسية للمشاريع، وتحديد التأخيرات المحتملة، ووضع استراتيجيات فعالة للحد منها.
تحسين الموارد: تحليل الاحتياجات من العمالة والمعدات والمواد لضمان استمرارية العمليات دون انقطاع.
إعداد التقارير: إعداد تقارير تقدم شاملة، ومنحنيات (S-curves)، وتحليلات الإنتاجية للإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.
المتطلبات
الخبرة المهنية: خبرة قوية ومثبتة في تخطيط وجدولة المشاريع ضمن قطاع المقاولات والإنشاءات.
الخبرة الإقليمية: الإلمام بمعايير البناء وبيئات المشاريع في الكويت و/أو السعودية يعتبر ميزة كبيرة.
المهارات الفنية: إتقان تام لبرنامج Primavera P6 وMS Project وبرامج الأوفيس.
العقلية التحليلية: قدرة استثنائية على تفسير البيانات المعقدة وتحويلها إلى رؤى استراتيجية للمشروع.
