The Joint Group Contracting Company was established in 1965 and, thanks to God Almighty and then thanks to the sincere efforts of those in charge and their dedication and perseverance in growth, it has become a public shareholding company listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange since 2006. The company's successes quickly followed one another and its revenues increased to reach 50,000 Kuwaiti dinars.(From approximately US$167,000) in 1965 to more than 154 million Kuwaiti dinars (approximately US$502 million) and with a capital of 17,157,606 Kuwaiti dinars (approximately US$66 million) in 2022. Fleet Coordinator / Officer

Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage daily fleet operations to ensure maximum productivity and seamless logistics.
Maintenance Management: Coordinate comprehensive vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules to minimize downtime.
Performance Tracking: Closely track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and overall performance metrics.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all fleet activities strictly adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed regular reports regarding fleet status, costs, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in fleet coordination.
Industry Background: Previous experience in the Construction or Oil & Gas sectors is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in vehicle tracking systems, maintenance planning, and scheduling.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage drivers and oversee complex fleet operations efficiently.

المسؤوليات

الإشراف التشغيلي: مراقبة وإدارة عمليات الأسطول اليومية لضمان أقصى قدر من الإنتاجية وسلاسة الخدمات اللوجستية.
إدارة الصيانة: تنسيق جداول صيانة وخدمة المركبات الشاملة لتقليل فترات التوقف عن العمل.
تتبع الأداء: تتبع استخدام المركبات واستهلاك الوقود ومقاييس الأداء العام بدقة.
الامتثال والسلامة: ضمان التزام جميع أنشطة الأسطول ببروتوكولات السلامة وسياسات الشركة الصارمة.
إعداد التقارير: إعداد وتقديم تقارير دورية مفصلة تتعلق بحالة الأسطول والتكاليف والكفاءة التشغيلية.

المتطلبات

الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال تنسيق الأساطيل.
الخلفية المهنية: يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في قطاع الإنشاءات أو النفط والغاز.
المعرفة التقنية: معرفة قوية بأنظمة تتبع المركبات وتخطيط الصيانة والجدولة.
مهارات القيادة: قدرة مثبتة على إدارة السائقين والإشراف على عمليات الأسطول المعقدة بكفاءة.
