Job Overview
The Junior Sales Executive supports new business lead generation, daily sales operations and client relationship management. The role includes market research, promoting company products and services, handling customer inquiries and helping move the sales process from first contact to delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new projects and business opportunities.
- Perform cold calling, email introductions and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet potential customers and distribute marketing materials.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and key decision makers.
- Assist in understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products or solutions.
- Prepare and send sales quotations and proposals to clients.
- Follow up on quotations to negotiate terms and close sales.
- Receive customer purchase orders and verify price, quantity and specifications.
- Enter orders into CRM or ERP systems and coordinate with internal teams.
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to track delivery schedules.
- Handle routine client inquiries and address delivery or product-quality issues.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist the accounts department in collection.
