Front Office Receptionist Vacancy

Job Description
Greeting visitors
Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partner.
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
Document expenses and hand in reports.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
Job requirements
1 To 3 years
Bachelor's Degree at least
Candidates shall be female.
Preference will be given to those who are at their home country.
