Role Summary

Offers theopportunity as an experienced Senior Technical Support Manager to join the team in Al Kuwait, AL AHMADI.

Essential Responsibilities
Ownthe resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 TechnicalSupport – Resolves post sales Technical Issues.
Asthe technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the “level” ofskill set increases.
For some products 1 individual may handlelevels 1,2 and 3 while for other products these may be separate individualswith increasing skill sets.
Presentsprojects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to seniorbusiness leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to seniorleaders in partner technical teams.
Handlescomplex medium term project processes.
Department has to define approaches.
Variety due to customization to client needs.
Handlesimportant business unit clients.
Complexprocesses requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor'sdegree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of8 additional years of experience in Technical Support.
Desired Characteristics:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
