Store Manager

We are currently working with a leading global luxury brand. They have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join their Kuwait team. They are looking for a dynamic Store Manager who is driven by growth and pushing the boundaries of luxury retail.



As the Store Manager, you will be the store Brand Leader, ensuring an unparalleled luxury customer experience across all touchpoints giving you a great opportunity to showcase and develop your leadership and sales skills.



Skills:

·      A minimum of 4 years as a Luxury Store Manager

·      An outstanding knowledge of the luxury landscape

·      A great leadership attitude, driven by success and career growth

·      A successful luxury sales approach

·      Inspired by the brand story and transferring it into developing a unique customer experience

·      Strong management skills that will motivate and develop the team

·      A creative mindset that will have a positive impact on the business progression

·      Great organizational skills

·      Flexible and ambitious



Responsibilities:

·      Recruit, onboard, and train the staff according to the brand values.

·      Implement and develop the team approach based on the brand vision.

·      Manage staff performance to achieve a luxury level of service.

·      Analyse and monitor the performance of the store.

·      Meet and exceed store sales targets and ensure store budget targets are met. 

·      Create all the necessary reports and monitor the stock in order to deliver high customer engagement.

·      Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

·      Ensure an accurate usage of the CRM system in order to build successful relationships with luxury customers.

·      Organize the store and the staff based on the store needs.

·      Organize and participate in all brand sales activities in the region.
