Job Description
Adherence to Safety norms
Doing Jobs As per production Planning Schedule & Work Instruction/Standard Operating procedures
Tempering / Heat strengthening As Per Work order Important:- Read the Work order Carefully before Starting the Production if you found any problem immediately inform to Shift supervisor / production planning & Control incharge
To give training to the helpers about Glass Tempering & Heat Strengthening & Handling requirement.
To ensure availability of Washed Glass For Tempering / Heat Strength in the shift as per Production Planning Schedule.
Reporting of Operation & Quality Related data for analysis to superior.
To ensure Tempering /Heat strengthening M/C, Tools, racks, trolleys & Working area are maintained as per 5-S
To ensure M/C Running Smoothly without any Delay.
To check the glass for visual defects like Size, Stones, Coating, chips ,scratches , etc While Tempering
To check the glass for visual defects like Waviness, bend, chips ,scratches , etc After Tempering
To work in shifts as per the shift schedule
To review the Work Order on daily basis and ensure required Consumables are available for Tempering /Heat Strengthening .If any problem is there co-ordinate with Production manager/Production planning & Control Incharge.
Conduct previous day process rejected glasses disposed off properly after getting written approval of Shift Supervisor & Production manager on Red Tag Disposal Sheet.
To ensure that full qty of glasses in order are Tempered / Heat strengthen and handed over to next process with the internal process transfer & Signature.
To ensure necessary information properly communicated to both shift by using Internal process Transfer Log book.

LAMINATION MACHINE OPERATOR
Job Duties / Responsibility:
Adherence to Safety norms.

Lamination & Autoclaving As Per Work order Important:- Read the Work order Carefully before Starting the Production if you found any problem immediately inform to Shift supervisor/production planning & Control incharge.
To ensure Lamination/Autoclaving M/C, Tools, racks, trolleys & Working area are maintained as per 5-S.
To check the glass for visual defects like Size, Waveness, Bend, Stones, Coating, chips ,scratches ,Dust etc While laminating.
To check the glass for visual defects like Dearing ,Bubbles, Over Heating, Stones, Chips Hairs & Dust Inside,, scratches , Mismatching etc After laminating /Autoclaving.
Monitoring & Controlling on Consumption & Wastage of PVB, Binder clips, high temp green tape & Record the Same in Internal process transfer log Book.

تنفيذ المهام وفقًا لجدول تخطيط الإنتاج وتعليمات العمل/إجراءات التشغيل القياسية
التقسية / التعزيز الحراري حسب أمر العمل مهم: - اقرأ أمر العمل بعناية قبل بدء الإنتاج، إذا وجدت أي مشكلة، فأبلغ على الفور مشرف الوردية / مسؤول تخطيط الإنتاج والتحكم
تدريب المساعدين حول متطلبات تقسية الزجاج وتقويته بالحرارة والتعامل معه.
لضمان توفر الزجاج المغسول للتلطيف / مقاومة الحرارة في الوردية وفقًا لجدول تخطيط الإنتاج.
إعداد التقارير المتعلقة بالبيانات المتعلقة بالتشغيل والجودة لتحليلها إلى الرئيس.
لضمان التلطيف/التعزيز الحراري، يتم صيانة الآلات والأدوات والأرفف والعربات ومنطقة العمل وفقًا لـ 5-S
لضمان تشغيل المحرك بسلاسة دون أي تأخير.
لفحص الزجاج بحثًا عن عيوب بصرية مثل الحجم والحجارة والطلاء والشقوق والخدوش وما إلى ذلك أثناء المعالجة الحرارية
لفحص الزجاج بحثًا عن عيوب بصرية مثل التموج والانحناء والشقوق والخدوش وما إلى ذلك بعد المعالجة الحرارية
العمل في نوبات عمل حسب جدول المناوبات
مراجعة أمر العمل على أساس يومي والتأكد من توفر المواد الاستهلاكية المطلوبة للتلطيف / التعزيز الحراري. إذا كانت هناك أي مشكلة، قم بالتنسيق مع مدير الإنتاج / مسؤول تخطيط الإنتاج والتحكم.
قم بإجراء عملية اليوم السابق للتخلص من النظارات المرفوضة بشكل صحيح بعد الحصول على موافقة كتابية من مشرف المناوبة ومدير الإنتاج على ورقة التخلص من العلامة الحمراء.
لضمان أن يتم تقسية / تقوية الكمية الكاملة من النظارات المطلوبة وتسليمها إلى العملية التالية مع عملية النقل الداخلية والتوقيع.
لضمان توصيل المعلومات الضرورية بشكل صحيح إلى كلا النوبتين باستخدام سجل نقل العمليات الداخلية.

المراقبة والتحكم في استهلاك وهدر PVB ومشابك المجلدات والشريط الأخضر عالي الحرارة وتسجيل نفس الشيء في سجل نقل العملية الداخلية.
