Summary:
Hyatt Regency Al Kout is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the efficient management of the sales department. The Sales Executive will play a key role in maximizing sales and achieving targets by collaborating with the Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and a strong customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
- Nationality: Open to Kuwaiti nationals only.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Sales Executive, ideally in the hospitality sector.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

يبحث فندق حياة ريجنسي الكوت عن تنفيذي مبيعات للانضمام إلى فريق العمل والمساهمة في إدارة قسم المبيعات بكفاءة. سيكون تنفيذي المبيعات مسؤولاً عن زيادة المبيعات وتحقيق الأهداف من خلال التعاون مع أقسام الغرف والطعام والشراب والأقسام الأخرى المنتجة للإيرادات. يتطلب هذا المنصب شخصية ديناميكية تتمتع بشغف في قطاع الضيافة ونهج يركز على خدمة العملاء.
المؤهلات:
- الجنسية: مفتوح للكويتيين فقط.
- التعليم: شهادة أو دبلوم في إدارة الضيافة أو السياحة أو المبيعات والتسويق.
- الخبرة: خبرة عمل لا تقل عن سنة في دور تنفيذي مبيعات، ويفضل في قطاع الضيافة.
- المهارات:
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة.
- قدرات ممتازة في حل المشكلات واهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office.
- مهارات اتصال وتواصل متميزة.
