Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Operations Manager role located in Shuwaikh at Roots Roastery. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and ensuring quality control in the production process, research, and development.
Qualifications
- F&B experience
- Operations manager experience
- Experience in operations management, logistics, and inventory management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of quality control processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

- إجادة في استخدام Microsoft Office وبرامج إدارة المخزون
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
