Application Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Developer Collaboration & App Oversight:
- Maintain a direct line of communication with developers, ensuring prompt bug fixing and effective editing to keep the app running smoothly.
- Regularly review the application to identify and resolve errors or mistakes, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
- Stock Management:
- Oversee and manage the inventory of gift cards, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with app features and updates.
- Supervise the customer service team, ensuring that user issues and feedback are addressed efficiently and effectively.
- Financial Oversight:
- Monitor project-related bank accounts and maintain financial records.
- Oversee invoice exports and maintain a strong working relationship with accountants to ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting.
- Stakeholder and Process Management:
- Serve as a key point of contact between technical teams, marketing, customer service, and finance to ensure that project goals are met.
- Implement and refine processes to improve overall project efficiency, from development to post-launch support.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- التعاون مع المطورين والإشراف على التطبيقات:
- الحفاظ على خط اتصال مباشر مع المطورين، وضمان إصلاح الأخطاء بسرعة والتحرير الفعال للحفاظ على تشغيل التطبيق بسلاسة.
- قم بمراجعة التطبيق بشكل منتظم لتحديد الأخطاء أو العيوب وحلها، مما يضمن تجربة مستخدم عالية الجودة.
- إدارة المخزون:
- الإشراف على مخزون بطاقات الهدايا وإدارته، وضمان مستويات المخزون الدقيقة والتجديد في الوقت المناسب.
- التنسيق بين الإدارات:
- التعاون بشكل وثيق مع فريق التسويق لمواءمة الأنشطة الترويجية مع ميزات التطبيق والتحديثات.
- الإشراف على فريق خدمة العملاء، والتأكد من معالجة مشكلات المستخدمين وردود أفعالهم بكفاءة وفعالية.
- الرقابة المالية:
- مراقبة الحسابات المصرفية المتعلقة بالمشروع والحفاظ على السجلات المالية.
- الإشراف على تصدير الفواتير والحفاظ على علاقة عمل قوية مع المحاسبين لضمان دقة المحاسبة والتقارير المالية في الوقت المناسب.
- إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والعمليات:
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية بين الفرق الفنية والتسويق وخدمة العملاء والمالية لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع.
- تنفيذ وتحسين العمليات لتحسين كفاءة المشروع بشكل عام، من مرحلة التطوير إلى الدعم بعد الإطلاق.
