Jr. Business Analyst 

 What you will be doing 

• Collate data, prepare, and structure findings into knowledge pieces and reports for key stakeholders within Pace to support informed and fact-based decision making.
• Collect, review, and analyze business data to write in-depth concise executive analytical reports that recommend strategic and operational changes and inform Director level and CEO level decision-making processes.
• Conduct desk research and gaining data from market insight intelligence, performance benchmarking, macro/micro-market analysis and other external and internal sources as well as qualitative data from interviews and other methods.
• Conduct market research and analyse current topics that positively impact profitability, growth, productivity, or future market opportunities of the business.
• Develop and lead internal projects, or support other teams in managing initiatives, pilots and projects based on established project management best practices within Pace.
• Develop data collection plans and engage with stakeholders to collect data, analyse data and synthesize findings into reports.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and internal experts.
• Map and analyse business processes, identify improvements, and calculate benefits from these changes, and study their feasibility to then prioritize and make specific recommendations to the business.

Associate Director, PMO 

 Required Experience 

• 15 years of related experience, with a strong background in Project Management. 
• Ideally, has worked in a multidisciplinary consultancy environment. 
• Proven experience in development of project management functions. 
• Proven management experience, including managing budgets, staffing levels, quality and metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate BIM philosophy into team’s work and function.
• Experience of large project proposals execution involving design in a 3D Model / BIM environment.
• Has Software experience using CAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project. 
• Has significant knowledge and experience of scheduling, planning methods and tools.
• Has significant knowledge and experience of conditions of contracts, design processes and standards.
• Understands International codes and standards, local regulations and standards related to projects.

• جمع ومراجعة وتحليل بيانات الأعمال لكتابة تقارير تحليلية تنفيذية موجزة ومتعمقة توصي بالتغييرات الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية وتزويد عمليات صنع القرار على مستوى المدير والرئيس التنفيذي بالمعلومات.
• إجراء أبحاث مكتبية والحصول على البيانات من استخبارات السوق، ومقارنة الأداء، وتحليل السوق الكلي/الجزئي وغيرها من المصادر الخارجية والداخلية بالإضافة إلى البيانات النوعية من المقابلات وغيرها من الأساليب.
• إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحليل المواضيع الحالية التي تؤثر بشكل إيجابي على الربحية أو النمو أو الإنتاجية أو فرص السوق المستقبلية للشركة.
• تطوير وقيادة المشاريع الداخلية، أو دعم الفرق الأخرى في إدارة المبادرات والمشاريع التجريبية والمشاريع القائمة على أفضل ممارسات إدارة المشاريع المعمول بها في Pace.
• إعداد خطط جمع البيانات والتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لجمع البيانات وتحليلها وتلخيص النتائج في التقارير.
• الحفاظ على وتطوير المعرفة باتجاهات الصناعة والأعمال من خلال التواصل مع المنظمات المهنية والموردين والعملاء والمنافسين والخبراء الداخليين.
