Job description: Job Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance with the organization’s terms and conditions
- Ability to determine quality of product and procure those quality materials at the best possible prices and terms and within budget
- Source and identify new venders for quality products to introduce new products in the market
- Work with all projects managers to understand and know each contract requirements and arrange all required items well in time from local sources or from international suppliers at competitive prices
- Work with sales manager and sales engineers to understand market requirements, competitor’s products and prices, and market trends
- Travel to industry trade shows, exhibitions and conferences, to find new sources, to negotiate better prices and contracts, to see the quality of products and to discuss the new development in the industry to
- Determine types and quantities of horticultural products to be purchased, based on budgets, projected sales volumes or executive directives
- Review inventory levels regularly and make adjustments in pricing as needed to sell through seasonal products in a timely manner
- Effectively communicate potential supply disruptions throughout the organization
- Support continuous improvement throughout the organization
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure pricing/invoicing accuracy
- Assist with tasks such as preparing and sending customer invoices, monitoring inventory levels and preparing quotes for customers
- Willing and timely execution of other duties as delegated by leadership

الوصف الوظيفي: مسؤوليات الوظيفة:
- بناء وإدارة العلاقات مع الموردين الرئيسيين للحفاظ على جودة البضائع والتسليم في الوقت المناسب والامتثال لشروط وأحكام المنظمة
- القدرة على تحديد جودة المنتج وتوفير تلك المواد عالية الجودة بأفضل الأسعار والشروط الممكنة وفي حدود الميزانية
- تحديد وتوريد موردين جدد للمنتجات عالية الجودة لتقديم منتجات جديدة في السوق
- العمل مع جميع مديري المشاريع لفهم ومعرفة متطلبات كل عقد وترتيب جميع العناصر المطلوبة بشكل جيد في الوقت المناسب من المصادر المحلية أو من الموردين الدوليين بأسعار تنافسية
- العمل مع مدير المبيعات ومهندسي المبيعات لفهم متطلبات السوق ومنتجات وأسعار المنافسين واتجاهات السوق
- السفر إلى المعارض التجارية والمؤتمرات الصناعية، للعثور على مصادر جديدة، والتفاوض على أسعار وعقود أفضل، ورؤية جودة المنتجات ومناقشة التطورات الجديدة في الصناعة
- تحديد أنواع وكميات المنتجات البستانية المراد شراؤها، بناءً على الميزانيات أو أحجام المبيعات المتوقعة أو التوجيهات التنفيذية
- مراجعة مستويات المخزون بانتظام وإجراء التعديلات في الأسعار حسب الحاجة لبيع المنتجات الموسمية في الوقت المناسب
- التواصل بشكل فعال بشأن انقطاعات الإمداد المحتملة في جميع أنحاء المنظمة
- دعم التحسين المستمر في جميع أنحاء المنظمة
- التنسيق مع المحاسبة لضمان دقة التسعير/الفواتير
- المساعدة في المهام مثل إعداد وإرسال فواتير العملاء ومراقبة مستويات المخزون وإعداد عروض الأسعار للعملاء
