Academic Counselor
Responsibilities:
- • Provide academic consultations to students and parents regarding study options abroad.
- • Guide students on admission requirements, academic programs, and university options in the UK and US.
- • Assist students in completing and submitting university applications accurately.
- • Maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions.
- • Support students with visa applications, accommodation, and other arrangements.
- • Keep student records and application databases updated.
Requirements:
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in academic consulting or university admissions.
- • Strong knowledge of the UK and US university admission processes.
- • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- • Ability to work professionally with students and parents.
- • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

المسؤوليات:
- • تقديم الاستشارات الأكاديمية للطلاب وأولياء الأمور فيما يتعلق بخيارات الدراسة في الخارج.
- • توجيه الطلاب حول متطلبات القبول والبرامج الأكاديمية وخيارات الجامعة في المملكة المتحدة والولايات المتحدة.
- • مساعدة الطلاب في إكمال وتقديم طلبات الالتحاق بالجامعة بشكل دقيق.
- • الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية.
- • دعم الطلاب في طلبات التأشيرة والإقامة والترتيبات الأخرى.
- • الحفاظ على تحديث سجلات الطلاب وقواعد بيانات الطلبات.
متطلبات:
- • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الاستشارات الأكاديمية أو القبول الجامعي.
- • معرفة قوية بإجراءات القبول بالجامعات في المملكة المتحدة والولايات المتحدة.
- • مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- • القدرة على العمل بشكل احترافي مع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور.
- • مهارات تنظيمية قوية ومهارات تعدد المهام.
- • الكفاءة في أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء وأدوات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
