Operations Coordinator (CSD)

- Operations Coordinator for CSD will provide Administrative and Operational support to the Sr. Director and the Operations Manger in accordance with contractual requirements, and applicable policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Ensures all CDRL reporting requirements are met within the established timelines.
- Provides administrative support to different departments, which can range from scheduling meetings and managing correspondence to preparing reports and presentations.
- Collects and analyzes data to inform decision-making processes. This can involve generating operational reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and presenting data insights to the Sr. Director and MOC Team.
- Assists CSD operations manager in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within scope. This includes coordinating with the CSD Department managers, tracking project timelines, and managing project documentation.
- Facilitates effective communication and collaboration between various departments and the Sr. Director. This ensures that everyone is aligned with Directorate goals and that information flows smoothly.
- Manages logistics related to generating and tracking PR’s and distribution of resources. This includes liaising with CMW and buyers and to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Audio Visual Event Coordinator
Responsibilities
- This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
- Provide live event services for ceremonies, concerts and other live events to include digital audio system setup and operation, live video system setup and operation, event lighting system setup and operation.
- Maintain all deployable audio and visual systems to manufacturer’s standards. All equipment must be deployable with minimal notice to meet requirements.
- Maintain the ability to deploy two event audio systems simultaneously.
- Maintain the schedule for all events and installations, and de-conflict any scheduling problems if needed.
- Maintain accountability of all Audio Visual GFE through the regular completion of property audits.
- Perform property management services for the Audio-Visual Department.

Technical Monitor (Environmental)
Responsibilities
- This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
- Assist in data collection formulating reports and interacting with the USG customers daily. Excellent written and verbal communications required.
- Ensures Environmental specialist personnel complete tasks in accordance with the Public Works Safety Policy, Performance Work Statement, and LOGCAP V Environmental, Safety & Health directives.
- Correctly capture data related to environmental compliance work orders for environmental services, environmental inspections, and urgent/emergency.
- Assist in developing Manuals, Plans, Work Instructions, maintains records, assist with preparing variety of reports and slides.
- Maintain cleanliness to assigned areas in accordance with the V2Z LOGCAP V Performance.
- Performs routine inspection of all assigned areas and evaluate the total work of employees against established standards, ensuring training needs are met, and counseling on job performance.
- Transport to various work sites the supplies needed to ensure compliance on sites.
- Knowledge of PWS, Technical Exhibits, Plans and Internal Work Instructions.
- Inspect Environmental Subcontract SOW 's for compliance.

Crane Operator
Responsibilities
This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
- Develops an effective plan for the layout, security, and safekeeping of materials and equipment during loading, delivering, and unloading
- Performs daily preventative maintenance inspections on assigned vehicles and ensures vehicles meet all Kuwaiti and US Government safety requirements for operation on public roadways
- Maintains a vehicle log in accordance with applicable rules and regulation
- Follows appropriate safety procedures when transporting equipment
- Responsible for inspecting the condition of the work site prior to setting up the crane
- Manipulates the machine to hoist position and/or transport material such as machinery, equipment and other construction products
- Must be aware of load limits based upon weather conditions and crane capacity
- Reports vehicle defects, malfunctions, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles immediately to the supervisor or manager
- Control cranes, lifts and other equipment using standard operating procedures to ensure effective transportation of materials and safety for all personnel on site
