Project Manager
1. To represent the Company and enhance relationships in dealings with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities
2. To prepare the project execution plan for management review and approval and manage approved plan to achieve
project deliverables and timeline objectives
3. To review contract documents and administer all issues related to the project in conjunction with Senior Project
Manager / Manager of Projects in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures
4. To manage resources and expenses to achieve contract completion within budget and time frame
5. To liaise with the HSE and/or Quality Department for the preparation and publishing of project safety and or
quality manuals to ensure Company’s Health, Safety & Environment standards are met.
6. To ensure timely payments are received from the customer in accordance with contract conditions
7. To identify and ensure skills and training needs of assigned manpower are aligned to project requirements and

Estimation Engineer
1. To review draft tender documents to ensure all systems and components of the tender are included
2. To prepare tender documentation queries to consultants/clients to confirm and collect any missing data including;
shipping costs, insurance, and any regional requirements
3. To prepare reports and supporting documents to submit to Proposal Coordinator to identify areas requiring more
information to ensure the Company is positioned to win and secure bids
4. To develop tender cost summaries including equipment, materials and labour calculations for final approval
5. To interpret & review system drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and raise queries against
specification
6. To review and generate Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure alignment and to identify materials types
& quantities and prepare equipment lists and rough drawings for cost estimation
7. To interpret and follow Company tendering processes and procedures to ensure all aspects of tenders are met
including relevant discipline codes and standards
8. To prepare specification documents to submit to vendors for quotations of cost/price of materials and equipment and

مهندس تقدير
1. مراجعة مسودات وثائق العطاءات للتأكد من تضمين جميع أنظمة ومكونات العطاء
2. إعداد استفسارات وثائق العطاءات للمستشارين/العملاء لتأكيد وجمع أي بيانات مفقودة بما في ذلك؛
تكاليف الشحن والتأمين وأي متطلبات إقليمية
3. إعداد التقارير والوثائق الداعمة لتقديمها إلى منسق الاقتراح لتحديد المجالات التي تتطلب المزيد
المعلومات اللازمة لضمان وضع الشركة في وضع يسمح لها بالفوز وتأمين العطاءات
4. تطوير ملخصات تكاليف العطاءات بما في ذلك حسابات المعدات والمواد والعمالة للموافقة النهائية
5. تفسير ومراجعة رسومات النظام لتحديد أي اختلاف عن متطلبات العطاء وإثارة الاستفسارات ضد
مواصفة
6. مراجعة وإنشاء فاتورة الكميات وفقًا لرسومات النظام لضمان التوافق وتحديد أنواع المواد
& الكميات وإعداد قوائم المعدات والرسومات الأولية لتقدير التكلفة
7. تفسير ومتابعة عمليات وإجراءات العطاءات الخاصة بالشركة لضمان استيفاء جميع جوانب العطاءات
بما في ذلك قواعد ومعايير الانضباط ذات الصلة
