Location: Kuwait City
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Working Hours: 10 AM to 2 PM, 4 PM to 9 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Monthly Salary: KD 250 – KD 400

Requirements

🔸 Female candidates of Arab nationality only
🔸 Must be currently residing in Kuwait
🔸 Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
🔸 Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus)
🔸 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Garageplug
🔸 Well-organized, professional, and customer-service oriented
🔸 Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

🔸 Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
🔸 Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
🔸 Manage client and internal inquiries
🔸 Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
🔸 Schedule appointments and manage calendars
🔸 Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
🔸 Handle administrative duties like filing and data entry
🔸 Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

الشروط

🔸 أن تكون المتقدمة عربية الجنسية
🔸 مقيمة حاليًا داخل الكويت
🔸 خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الاستقبال أو وظيفة إدارية مشابهة
🔸 إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة (يفضل معرفة بالعربية)

🔸 استقبال الزوار بطريقة ودودة ومحترفة
🔸 الرد على المكالمات وتحويلها حسب الحاجة
🔸 إدارة الاستفسارات من العملاء والموظفين
🔸 الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة الاستقبال
🔸 تنسيق المواعيد وجدولة الاجتماعات
🔸 استقبال البريد والطرود وتنظيمها
🔸 تنفيذ مهام إدارية بسيطة كإدخال البيانات وترتيب الملفات
🔸 التعاون مع الفريق لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة
