Procurement Coordinator

Details

Mace & Wheeler Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time Procurement Coordinator to manage sourcing and supplier relations.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From KD 400 per month
Location: Kuwait
Visa Type: 18 Transferable Only

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar field

• Strong knowledge of products required by KNPC/KOC

• Established network of local market suppliers

• Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory

• Preferred Engineering Graduates with strong communication skills

• Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage

• Visa 18 (Transferable) is a must

Responsibilities

• Source products and materials required by the company

• Manage supplier relations and ensure timely deliveries

• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill procurement needs

• Monitor market trends and make strategic sourcing decisions

• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities

• معرفة قوية بالمنتجات المطلوبة من KNPC/KOC

• شبكة واسعة من الموردين المحليين

• رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول هي شرط أساسي

• يفضل الخريجون في مجال الهندسة مع مهارات تواصل قوية

• إتقان اللغة العربية يعد ميزة إضافية

• تأشيرة 18 (قابلة للتحويل) هي شرط أساسي
