Job Summary:
In this role, you'll work closely with clients to assess their HVAC needs, offer customized maintenance solutions, and build long-term relationships. You’ll ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and help drive growth within the HVAC sector.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field from a recognized university.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a related field, particularly within MEP maintenance.

Strong knowledge of HVAC maintenance service quotations and pricing.
-
Ability to cost and price HVAC maintenance services accurately.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bilingual (fluent in English and Arabic preferred).
-
Females are preferred.

ملخص الوظيفة:
في هذا الدور، ستعمل عن كثب مع العملاء لتقييم احتياجاتهم في HVAC، وتقديم حلول صيانة مخصصة، وبناء علاقات طويلة الأمد. ستعمل على ضمان أعلى مستويات رضا العملاء والمساهمة في نمو قطاع HVAC.
المؤهلات:
-
درجة بكاليريوس أو دبلوم في التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة من جامعة معترف بها.
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مبيعات HVAC أو في مجال مشابه، خاصة في صيانة الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية.

معرفة قوية بعروض الصيانة الخاصة بـ HVAC والتسعير.
-
القدرة على تقدير وتسعير خدمات صيانة HVAC بدقة.
-
مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التفاعل الفعال مع العملاء.
-
مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية.
-
إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (يفضل).
-
أفضلية للإناث.
