• Experience in extracting data from client systems using custom query.
• Working knowledge and proficiency with BI visualization tools such as PowerBI and/or Tableau.
• Comfortable working with large data sets
• Understanding of basic financial audit process, terminologies and business process controls is an advantage.
• Ability to promote ideas and work effectively with all levels with the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with a Big 4 firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required.
• 3 - 5 years of general tax experience, preferably with at least a year focused on taxation.
• Consulting and compliance experience is needed.
• Experience with inbound and outbound international tax is preferred.
• Excellent research skills and strong written and verbal communications skills required.
• Good knowledge of tax and business laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or another business-related field.
• Advanced degree such as MST, JD or LLM preferred. CPA preferred.
• Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

• القدرة على حل مشكلة تجارية باستخدام حل تحليلي بمساعدة مدير التحليلات وتنفيذه.
• مهارات تحليلية قوية وخبرة عملية لا تقل عن 2.5 إلى 3.5 سنوات في لغة أوامر التدقيق (ACL) و/أو SQL.
• خبرة في استخراج البيانات من أنظمة العملاء باستخدام الاستعلام المخصص.
• المعرفة العملية والكفاءة في استخدام أدوات تصور BI مثل PowerBI و/أو Tableau.
• العمل بشكل مريح مع مجموعات البيانات الكبيرة
• إن فهم عملية التدقيق المالي الأساسية والمصطلحات وضوابط العمليات التجارية يعد ميزة.
• القدرة على الترويج للأفكار والعمل بشكل فعال مع كافة المستويات داخل المنظمة.
• القدرة على أداء مهام متعددة وتحديد أولويات العمل في بيئة ديناميكية وسريعة الخطى.

المؤهلات

• يشترط الخبرة في العمل مع إحدى شركات الأربع الكبرى أو شركة محاماة أو قسم ضرائب الشركات الكبرى في شركة متعددة الجنسيات.
• 3 - 5 سنوات من الخبرة في الضرائب العامة، ويفضل أن يكون هناك عام واحد على الأقل مخصص للضرائب.
• - الخبرة في الاستشارات والامتثال مطلوبة.
• يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في الضرائب الدولية الواردة والصادرة.
• مطلوب مهارات بحثية ممتازة ومهارات قوية في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي.
• معرفة جيدة بالقوانين واللوائح الضريبية والتجارية.
• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة بالأعمال.
• يُفضل الحصول على درجة علمية متقدمة مثل ماجستير العلوم في التكنولوجيا (MST) أو دكتوراه في القانون (JD) أو ماجستير في القانون (LLM). ويُفضل الحصول على شهادة محاسب قانوني معتمد (CPA).
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية شرط أساسي، وإجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
