Duties may include but will not be limited to:

• Repairs damaged or defective equipment, assemblies, and sub-assemblies in the whole plant like gearboxes, air blowers, compressors, overhead cranes, centrifugal pumps, sump pumps, various rollers and gear motors using wrenches, hammers, spanners, specialized tools and instruments during breakdown and mill shutdown…
• Perform preventive maintenance activities like periodic servicing, cleaning, bolt tightening of binding machines, cold shear, overhead cranes, condition-based/tonnage-based replacement of knives, push rods, troughs, rollers, conveyors, cylinders, wire ropes, bearings, and others.
• Perform maintenance activities during roughing change, size change & mill breakdown when needed.
• Prepare the necessary spares needed for the mechanical maintenance department.
• Attending breakdowns and minimizing delays and unplanned shutdowns and conducting delay analysis.
• Reconditions all hydraulics and pneumatics cylinders using applicable repair kits
• Maintains overhead cranes by condition-based replacement of wire ropes, wheels, and brake elements and fixed-time servicing of the crane’s moving rotating parts.
• Aligns machines and equipment using precision instruments, i.e., SKF Laser alignment tool, dial gauge indicator, Vernier callipers, and micrometres.
• Pulls out and replaces various types of flexible and rigid couplings of DC Drive Motors, cooling bed drive shafts, and various rotating parts.

Mechanical Reliability Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

• Systematically defines, develops, monitors, and refines asset maintenance strategies using reliability centered maintenance (RCM) methodology generating value added preventive & predictive maintenance tasks and strategic spare part definition.
• Conduct reliability analyses based on RCM and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA).
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to identify the underlying causes of failures and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze equipment performance data, including failure data, maintenance records, and equipment histories, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to incorporate reliability considerations into the design and development of new equipment and systems.

Welder

Job Qualification:

• Minimum requirement is a Welding course with graduate in college from the country of origin.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in electric arc welding, oxy-acetylene welding, Plasma cutting, Tig Welding and gas cutting and fabrication works.

Continuous Casting Machine/Caster Operator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs Tundish Preheating including operation of Preheater, Refractory Inspection, Nozzle cleaning and CNC cylinder checking. 
• Performs dummy bar preparation, centering and installation of quick sealing device. 
• Conducts mold packing, setting all controls to ready cast position, mold inspection and oil flow test. 
• Carries out tundish preparation for casting such as nozzle cleaning, tundish centering, nozzle bottom plugging and nozzle filling.
• Performs ladle receiving activities like slide gate cylinder fixing/removal, ladle cover placing/removal, ladle shroud cleaning and re-attachment and ladle teeming throughout the casting period. 
• Performs mold tendering including slag fishing, mold level checking, wetting nozzle cleaning, nozzle changing, metal splashes cleaning and monitor abnormal oscillation. 
• Carries out manual cutting of billets during cutting torch failures, emergency billet evacuation during breakout and early disconnection. 

Lead Ladle Refining Furnace (Lead LRF/LF) Operator

Duties may include but will not be limited to:

• Carry-out pre-operation inspection / check list, equipment trials and
• any abnormalities noticed to be reporting to immediate superior.
• Preparation and readiness of LF, equipment’s and auxiliary units for
• operation, including process parameter loading.
• Performing all the activities related to heat process: ladle receiving,
• purging activity, heating, alloy additions, trimming, slag control,
• sampling / temp activity and heat lifting for caster as per the
• process flow chart / process standard.

Mechanical Technician - Steel Melting Plant

Duties may include but will not be limited to:

• Carrying out maintenance activities (preventive and corrective maintenance) as per SAP work order and giving back proper feedback.
• Inspection of responsible/allocated area equipment, reporting any abnormality to the higher level and recording it in the logbook and checklists in SAP.
• Correcting the identified abnormalities under the supervision of the superior.
• Attending breakdowns, minimizing delays and unplanned shutdowns.
• Implementing & following the instructions from the management.
• Coordinating with other departments and working as a team.
• Carrying out daily shift activities and following through with the problems.
• Proper maintenance of equipment/facilities and carrying out repair works and keeping spares ready.
• Studying the system, proper tools handling, safekeeping and working effectively to reduce the maintenance cost.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Carrying out all field related operations as per standard procedures of Lime Plant.
• Daily inspection of raw material/product quality, housekeeping, plant equipment, reporting any abnormality to the higher level and recording it in the logbook.
• To actively participate in shutdown/breakdown of plant with maintenance team.
• As Implementing the instructions from the management.
• Carrying out daily shift activities and follow through problems.
• Delegating the work to contract helpers and follow up.
• Studying the system, proper up keeping of operation tools and equipment and store management.
• Following rules and regulation of the company.

Electronic Specialist

Experience:

Skills:

Auto Electrician - Heavy Equipment

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment used in steel production processes.

• Repair or replace defective electrical components, such as motors, switches, relays, and control panels.
• Install new electrical equipment, ensuring proper wiring, connections, and adherence to safety standards.
• Preventive Maintenance

• To make, review regularly and establishes the planned preventive maintenance plan and initiate necessary revision to improve equipment availability.
• Controls Electrical & Automation maintenance budget and improvements in cost effective manner.
• Reporting about major potential failures, problems with action plan for the repairs to the higher level to finalize the immediate opportunity for attending the issues.

• إصلاح المعدات والتجمعات والتجمعات الفرعية التالفة أو المعيبة في المصنع بأكمله مثل علب التروس ومنفاخات الهواء والضواغط والرافعات العلوية ومضخات الطرد المركزي ومضخات الحوض والبكرات المختلفة ومحركات التروس باستخدام مفاتيح الربط والمطارق والمفاتيح والأدوات والأجهزة المتخصصة أثناء الانهيار وإغلاق المصنع.
• تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية مثل الخدمة الدورية والتنظيف وشد براغي آلات الربط والقص البارد والرافعات العلوية واستبدال السكاكين وقضبان الدفع والأحواض والبكرات والناقلات والأسطوانات والحبال السلكية والمحامل وغيرها على أساس الحالة/الوزن.

• يقوم بمحاذاة الآلات والمعدات باستخدام أدوات دقيقة، مثل أداة محاذاة الليزر SKF، ومؤشر مقياس الطلب، وفرجار الفيرنييه، والميكرومتر.

الواجبات والمسؤوليات

• يقوم بإجراء التسخين المسبق لتونديش بما في ذلك تشغيل التسخين المسبق وفحص المواد المقاومة للحرارة وتنظيف الفوهة وفحص أسطوانة CNC. 
• يقوم بإعداد شريط الدمية وتمركزه وتركيب جهاز الختم السريع. 
• يقوم بتعبئة القالب، وضبط جميع عناصر التحكم على وضع الصب الجاهز، وفحص القالب واختبار تدفق الزيت. 
• يقوم بإعداد التونديش للصب مثل تنظيف الفوهة، وتمركز التونديش، وسد الجزء السفلي من الفوهة وملء الفوهة.
• يقوم بأنشطة استقبال المغرفة مثل تثبيت/إزالة أسطوانة بوابة الشريحة، ووضع/إزالة غطاء المغرفة، وتنظيف غطاء المغرفة وإعادة ربطه وتجهيز المغرفة طوال فترة الصب. 
• يقوم بمعالجة القالب بما في ذلك صيد الخبث، وفحص مستوى القالب، وتنظيف فوهة البلل، وتغيير الفوهة، وتنظيف البقع المعدنية ومراقبة التذبذبات غير الطبيعية.
