Maintenance Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe work environment for all workers.
- Supervise and guide the mechanics for breakdown, PM, and other maintenance activities.
- Supervising of capex projects.
- Finding better alternative solutions. Such as better products from other sources other than equipment supplier.
- Manpower allocation day to day basis
- Coordinate with production for PM activities
- Ensure SOP for all equipment.
- Co ordination with Purchase dept for spares procurement.

- Implement the SAP maintenance system to be up dated. by recording breakdown data.
- Co ordinate with stores to ensure spares and consumables are available.
- Achieve and maintain the 5S requirements.

Job Responsibilities
- 1. Ensure every project requirements are strictly followed by shop.
- 2. Follow the job ITP / QP requirements.
- 3. Establish new procedures, new methods where needed and get approval.
- 4. Suggest (or) Develop new and better fixtures.
- 5. Thorough knowledge of engineering structural drawing, Erection drawing produced on Auto cad, BOCAD.
- 6. To perform inspection where ever needed or as directed by the supervisor, inclusive of subcontract.
- 7. Capable of reporting, issuing & closing of nonconformance reports.
- 8. Knowledge of MBMA, AISC tolerances.

Job Responsibilities
- Generate quotes from various sources like Corporate Houses , Public sector & Private companies, Individuals, Non Govt Organizations etc as a per sale activity.
- Raise quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customer’s requirements /consultants drawings in order to get the cost of project.
- Prepare a Techno-commercial offer for submitting to customers
- Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs
- Send the required documents and signed contracts etc to head office
- Coordinate with customer and head office to get drawings, and despatch of material
- Collection of payments and acceptable letter of credits to complete the jobs
- Send sales forecasts and reports to superiors at regular intervals

Leadman - Production
Overview
- Receive the daily production plan & job priorities from Foreman.
- Allocate the job assignments to the peers working under him.
- Issue the production related documents to workstations, explain any criticalities involved,
- Feeding the workstations as per the shift production plan,
- Organise movement of materials in between workstations & to finished goods storage areas after completion of production,
- Data entry & operation wise production order confirmations in SAP,
- Ensure, optimum utilisation of man, machine & raw materials, so that there is minimum scrap generated / no rework / no rejections.
- Check & validate, the individual workstation production reports submitted by workmen.
- Prepare, a consolidated shift wise production completion Report of all the workstations under purview & report to the Foreman.
- Adhere, to all safety rules and practices of the Co.
- Re -address / convey the employee grievances to foreman / plant superintendents,
- Conduct Toolbox meetings at the start of each shift in the respective areas.
- Drive the sick / accident personnel to Hospital especially during night shifts
- Ensure, that the production is at the required productivity and Quality is at the Company standards.
- Seek, all required support from Foreman to achieve the production targets.
- Participation & lead team efforts in 5S, EHS initiatives related to respective work areas

- الإشراف على مشاريع رأس المال.

- الالتزام بجميع قواعد وممارسات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة.
- إعادة معالجة / نقل شكاوى الموظفين إلى المشرفين / المشرفين على المصنع،
- إجراء اجتماعات صندوق الأدوات في بداية كل وردية في المناطق المعنية.
- نقل المرضى/المصابين بالحوادث إلى المستشفى خاصة أثناء نوبات الليل
- التأكد من أن الإنتاج يتم بالإنتاجية المطلوبة وأن الجودة تتوافق مع معايير الشركة.
- السعي للحصول على كل الدعم المطلوب من رئيس العمال لتحقيق أهداف الإنتاج.
