Responsibilities:

• Support ICT team in Backoffice IT tasks
• Provide technical assistance to employees in person, over the phone, or via email.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• 3-5 Year experience in the same field.

Government Relation officer and Public Relation and passport affair representative

Main Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge in dealing with labor departments (Immigration, Manpower, and the General Traffic Department).
• Proficient in using computers, ministry portals, and HR systems.
• Familiar with opening and closing files for government contracts and handling their clearance processes.
• Experienced in managing visit files related to government contracts and finalizing their settlement.

Payroll officer and Recruitment officer

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately on time.
• Enter and review payroll data in the approved HR management system (such as leaves, absences, allowances, deductions, penalties, etc.).
• Calculate leave entitlements and end-of-service benefits in accordance with Kuwaiti labor law.

• إدخال ومراجعة بيانات الرواتب في نظام إدارة الموارد البشرية المعتمد (مثل الإجازات والغيابات والمخصصات والخصومات والعقوبات وغيرها).
• حساب مستحقات الإجازات ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة وفقاً لقانون العمل الكويتي.
• - معرفة تامة بقانون العمل الكويتي.

المؤهلات:

• درجة جامعية / بكالوريوس.
• -خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
