IT Administrator Needed – Legal Firm Group

A Legal Firm Group in Kuwait is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage their IT infrastructure. If you are an IT professional with a strong technical background and the ability to handle complex systems, this could be the perfect role for you!

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all company IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and end-user systems.

• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching for Windows/Linux-based systems.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, and networking.

• Administer user accounts, security policies, and access controls in Active Directory/Office 365.

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary.

Required Technical Skills:

• Operating Systems: Proficient in Windows Server, Windows 11, and basic Linux.

• Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and network troubleshooting.

• Virtualization: Experience with VMware or Hyper-V environments.

• Backups & Disaster Recovery: Knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication.

• Firewall & Network Security: Experience with firewall configuration and management (e.g., Fortinet).

• NAS and Storage Solutions: Proficiency in Synology NAS administration.

Other Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud environments.

• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).

• Experience with monitoring tools.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred but not required):

• CompTIA Network+, Security+

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Azure Administrator

• Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)

• Fortinet NSE or equivalent firewall certification

• Synology Certified Technician (SCT) or relevant experience

Soft Skills:

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to incidents quickly

• Team player with a proactive attitude

• الافتراضية: خبرة في بيئات VMware أو Hyper-V.

• النسخ الاحتياطي والتعافي من الكوارث: معرفة بـ Veeam Backup & Replication.

• جدران الحماية وأمن الشبكات: خبرة في تكوين وإدارة جدران الحماية (مثل Fortinet).

• حلول NAS والتخزين: إتقان إدارة Synology NAS.

المهارات الإضافية المطلوبة:

• إلمام بـ Microsoft Azure أو بيئات AWS السحابية.

• معرفة بأدوات البرمجة أو الأتمتة (مثل PowerShell).

• خبرة في أدوات المراقبة.

• مهارات قوية في التوثيق والتواصل.
