Job Title: Operations Manager

A leading Kuwaiti company in the field of food supplies with over 10 years of experience in the Kuwaiti market is hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational plans for the sales department in alignment with the company’s objectives.

• Manage and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Monitor sales performance, analyze periodic reports, and propose appropriate improvements.

• Coordinate with other departments such as Marketing, Warehousing, Procurement, and Distribution to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor market trends and competitors, and provide regular reports on opportunities and threats.

• Enhance customer experience and build sustainable relationships.

• Team Development: Build and mentor innovative teams to reach their full potential. Conduct performance evaluations and promote continuous training and development.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food sales (specifically in supplying restaurants, catering companies, and hotels).

• Proven experience in managing sales teams and operational processes.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

• Transferable residency in Kuwait.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إعداد وتنفيذ الخطط التشغيلية لقسم المبيعات بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.

• إدارة وتطوير فريق المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية.

• مراقبة أداء المبيعات وتحليل التقارير الدورية واقتراح التحسينات المناسبة.

• التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى مثل التسويق والتخزين والمشتريات والتوزيع لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.

• مراقبة اتجاهات السوق والمنافسين، وتقديم تقارير منتظمة عن الفرص والتهديدات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال مبيعات المواد الغذائية (وخاصة في توريد المطاعم وشركات التموين والفنادق).

• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة فرق المبيعات والعمليات التشغيلية.

• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتحليل واتخاذ القرار.

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

• إقامة قابلة للتحويل في الكويت.
