Details

We are currently hiring a Facade Manager who will be responsible for the full lifecycle of aluminum facade projects—from concept through to installation and final handover. This role requires technical know-how, strategic oversight, and the ability to coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver solutions that meet both visual and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage facade installation projects from initiation through execution and completion

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to align technical design with aesthetic vision

• Oversee site inspections and ensure all safety and quality standards are met

• Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions during implementation

• Develop relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure materials meet required specifications and industry benchmarks

• Guide and mentor junior engineers and project staff

• Apply rigorous quality control procedures to guarantee high workmanship

• Stay updated with innovations in façade systems and aluminum technologies

• Extensive experience managing façade projects—especially aluminum-based systems

نبحث عن مدير واجهات يمتلك الكفاءة لإدارة مشاريع الواجهات من الفكرة إلى التسليم، بالتعاون مع المعماريين والمقاولين والعملاء. يتطلب هذا الدور الجمع بين الخبرة الفنية والقدرة على الإدارة الفعالة لتحقيق أفضل النتائج من حيث الجودة والتصميم.

المسؤوليات

• قيادة مشاريع تركيب الواجهات الألمنيوم من البداية حتى النهاية

• التنسيق مع المهندسين والمعماريين لضمان مطابقة التصاميم للمواصفات

• إجراء زيارات ميدانية ومتابعة تنفيذ معايير الجودة والسلامة

• إعداد جداول المشروع وإدارة الميزانية والموارد

• حل المشكلات الفنية أثناء مراحل التنفيذ

• بناء علاقات مع الموردين والمقاولين لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

• التأكد من مطابقة المواد المستخدمة للمعايير الفنية والمواصفات

• تدريب وتوجيه الفريق الفني والإشراف على الكوادر الجديدة

• تطبيق إجراءات صارمة لضبط الجودة والحرفية في التنفيذ

• متابعة تطورات تقنيات الواجهات والمواد الألمنيوم في السوق

• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع الواجهات وخاصة أنظمة الألمنيوم

• مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على بناء العلاقات

• دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل ومعايير السلامة

• القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط والتعامل مع مواعيد التسليم الضيقة

• إتقان استخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع والتقارير الفنية

• حل المشكلات الفنية بفعالية وكفاءة

• الإلمام بقوانين البناء المحلية في الكويت
