Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics or related disciplines
- 1~3 years of experience preferred installing, configuring and/ or maintaining diagnostics laboratory informatics applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Sound understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and related technologies
- Demonstrated understanding of one or more products such as laboratory information systems, middleware and/or analyzer management systems, or inventory management systems used in diagnostics laboratories
- Hands on experience implementing, configuring, training and supporting one or more laboratory information systems mentioned above is highly desirable
- Able to execute assigned tasks satisfactorily with a high degree of commitment and quality, independently
- Technical proficiency with general business applications such as MS Office, MS Project/ SmartSheet
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer facing capabilities
- Attention to detail and a concern for quality
- Able to innovate and willing to bring ideas forward, escalate issues and risks in a positive way

What You'll Do
- Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals to educate them on the value that our products bring to the patients/customers in Kuwait.
- Effectively use tools and resources (SFA/SFE), to ensure achieving the planned coverage, frequency and call rate for the assigned customers’ list.
- Understand customers’ needs and requirements and effectively communicate product benefits and address customer concerns.
- Ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify new opportunities and gain new business while maintaining the existing business.
- Establish and develop relations with key personnel in all accounts in the assigned territory.
- Provide reports to supervisor regarding territory status, to include forecasts, proposals and business reviews.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure mastery of Product knowledge related to the company’s products as well as the competitive products that are available in the market.
- Carry out effective sales calls, targeting high sales hospitals for maximum efficiency. Maintain a daily track record of the sales calls.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
- Ensure compliance with all the company’s policies and codes.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational qualification inpharmaceutical/medicalscience.
- 1-2 years of experience inpharmaceutical salesin Kuwait.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Valid Residency visa in Kuwait

- أظهر فهمًا لمنتج واحد أو أكثر مثل أنظمة معلومات المختبرات، أو أنظمة إدارة البرامج الوسيطة و/أو المحلل، أو أنظمة إدارة المخزون المستخدمة في مختبرات التشخيص
- من المرغوب فيه للغاية أن تكون لديك خبرة عملية في تنفيذ وتكوين وتدريب ودعم نظام معلومات مختبري واحد أو أكثر مذكور أعلاه
