Be the Voice of Safety – Urgently Hiring Safety Officer

Your attention to detail could save lives. We are looking for a Safety Officer to lead on-site health and safety compliance for oil & gas projects. If you are passionate about creating a safe work culture, we need your expertise now.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections and enforce regulations

• Organize safety training and awareness programs

• Monitor site activities and report hazards

• Prepare safety reports and incident records

• Lead investigations into near-misses or accidents

• Promote a proactive safety culture on-site

• Ensure compliance with client and legal standards

• Manage PPE distribution and inspections

• Maintain safety signage and emergency procedures

• Liaise with site teams to implement improvements

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Occupational Safety (NEBOSH, OSHA, etc.)

• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience

• Knowledge of Kuwait safety regulations preferred

• Strong reporting and communication skills

• Ability to respond swiftly in emergencies

• Transferable visa required

• Immediate joining

• تنفيذ جولات تفتيشية وتطبيق لوائح السلامة

• تنظيم تدريبات وبرامج توعية للعمال

• قيادة تحقيقات الحوادث والمخالفات

• تعزيز ثقافة السلامة الاستباقية

• إدارة توزيع معدات الحماية ومراقبة استخدامها

• متابعة لوحات التحذير وخطط الطوارئ

المتطلبات

• شهادة أو دبلوم في الصحة والسلامة المهنية

• خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال HSE

• معرفة بلوائح السلامة في الكويت

• مهارات تواصل وتوثيق قوية

• القدرة على التصرف بسرعة في الحالات الطارئة

• إقامة قابلة للتحويل
