Axis Advertising Integrated DMCC is a global advertising agency specializing in brand activation, events, and business engagement. Our team delivers impactful outreach campaigns across the GCC and beyond, helping brands connect with their most valuable audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to key business contacts within targeted sectors

• Follow up on email invitations and confirm attendance

• Clearly communicate event details, speakers, and benefits to attendees

• Maintain and update RSVP lists and contact databases

• Send reminders and perform follow-up calls to secure participation

• Report daily call activity and confirmation updates to the project manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service

• Strong English verbal skills (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and decision-makers

• Ability to meet daily targets for calls and confirmations

• Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and Microsoft Office

المهام الوظيفية

• إجراء مكالمات صادرة مع جهات الاتصال التجارية في القطاعات المستهدفة

• المتابعة مع المدعوين عبر البريد الإلكتروني لتأكيد الحضور

• تقديم معلومات دقيقة عن الفعاليات، المتحدثين، وجدول الأعمال

• تحديث قواعد البيانات وقوائم الحضور بانتظام

• إرسال التذكيرات والمتابعة لضمان حضور المشاركين

• إعداد تقارير يومية حول المكالمات والتأكيدات

الشروط

• خبرة لا تقل عن 1–2 سنة في مجال الاتصالات الهاتفية أو خدمة العملاء

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية (إجادة العربية ميزة إضافية)

• مهارات تنظيم قوية والانتباه للتفاصيل

• القدرة على التعامل بثقة مع محترفين من المستوى التنفيذي

• تحقيق أهداف يومية من حيث عدد المكالمات والتأكيدات

• إجادة استخدام أدوات إدارة العلاقات (CRM) وبرامج Microsoft Office
