Contract Administrator
About this job
- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team in Kuwait.
- The Contracts Administrator will oversee the drafting, negotiation, execution, and management of contracts between our company and third parties.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in contract management, preferably in Kuwait or the GCC.
- Skills: Expertise in Kuwaiti commercial law, contract negotiation, risk management, and team leadership.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

- نحن نبحث عن مسؤول عقود يتمتع بمهارات عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الكويت.
- يشرف مدير العقود على صياغة العقود والتفاوض عليها وتنفيذها وإدارتها بين شركتنا وأطراف ثالثة.
المؤهلات:
- التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: 10+ سنوات في إدارة العقود، ويفضل في الكويت أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- المهارات: الخبرة في القانون التجاري الكويتي، والتفاوض على العقود، وإدارة المخاطر، وقيادة الفريق.
- اللغات: إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (تحدثًا وكتابة).
