Quality Control Engineer
Responsibilities
- •Carry out inspection at various production stages like, Incoming Inspection, Material Identification, Set up and welding inspection, In-process Inspection, Final Inspection, Hydrostatic Inspection, Pneumatic Inspection, Shot Blasting inspection, Painting Inspection, Final Assembly, Packing & Dispatch.
- •Carry out Visual Inspection on welds for welding defects such as porosity, undercut, spatters etc.
- •Perform & Evaluate NDT at production stages & review RT films. •Prepare and approve and implement Inspection Test Plan, quality procedure and quality manual, for the machine/fabrication shop.
- •Prepare Final QC dossier for handing over to the client and maintain proper filing system with full traceability for retrieving the document. •Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products and determine corrective actions.
- •Work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.
- •Track quality assurance metrics. •Test systems and procedures to ensure they meet technical standards.
- •Create quality and safety documentation.

Responsibilities
- •Supervise manufacturing process of “Transport Refrigerated Boxes, Polyurethane Insulated Panel manufacturing, Cargo bodies, Van insulations, selection & fixing of cooling units on Transport Refrigerated bodies, Tipper Bodies, Trailers, Tanks & Tankers, Fuel Tanks, pressure vessels, and variety of steel structures and ensure quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
