Instrument Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning, preferably in depot or terminal facilities
• Practical knowledge of instrumentation systems, including installation standards, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems at oil and gas depot and terminal construction sites.
• Lead and manage the instrumentation team, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry codes throughout construction activities.
• Coordinate closely with contractors, vendors, and project engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.

Tendering Engineer/Admin

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in tendering, preferably within the construction or contracting industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and familiar with tendering platforms
• Strong understanding of local tendering procedures, documentation standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational, communication and ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
• Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end tendering process, from reviewing invitations to compiling and submitting bid documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., estimation, planning, procurement, legal, human resource) to gather required information for tender submissions.
• Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate and submitted in accordance with client requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of all tender submissions, clarifications and correspondence.
• Monitor tender portals and other sources for new opportunities and updates.

Planning Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction planning and project scheduling
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls and planning methodologies
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and other planning and scheduling tools
• Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
• Develop baseline programs in coordination with project management and construction teams.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates and reports to management.
• Analyze project performance and identify potential risks or delays and propose mitigation strategies.
