Responsibilities
Build an understanding of the value drivers of the business.
Create analytics around key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate reporting, such as:

Promotions and pricing
Capital expenditure approvals
Cash flow and working capital
Cost-level analysis
Customer profitability
Provide clear analysis for inclusion in monthly reports to help management understand key trends.
Assist in the business planning and forecasting processes.
Collaborate with business managers to develop trusted partner status through quality support and decision-making analysis.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications: CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent.
Experience: 1-3 years of post-qualification professional experience within finance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret key business drivers.
Proficient knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
Previous experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently, collaborate across functions, and deliver results.
Positive attitude with flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Van Driver - Sales Representative
Alghanim Industries is also looking for a motivated Van Driver - Sales Representative to join our team. This role is integral to the distribution and merchandising of products in the market. If you're a driven individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales, this position is perfect for you!
Responsibilities
Define and develop territory coverage plans based on the daily journey plan.
Implement GTRC 4 sales fundamentals: distribution, shelving, pricing, and merchandising.
Provide timely and accurate reports to the supervisor, including competitive activities, distribution, pricing studies, and daily sales reports.
Use point-of-sale materials effectively to enhance product visibility.
Ensure that products are stored in good condition and at the appropriate temperature, reporting any issues immediately.
Candidate Requirements
Age: 22-35 years old.
Effective communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Team player with a results-oriented mindset.
Reliable, honest, with integrity and trust.
Strong initiative and ability to follow up.
Arab nationals are preferred.
