Whats on your plate?
- Raising Purchase Orders (Regulars & Promotion) in the system and sending it to suppliers
- Update Internal database with order details (dates, vendors, quantity) and the suppliers’ details.
- Track Orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicates with the supplier and with the operations team in regards with the LPO/Delivery
- Generating and Sending Admin reports (Active Items, Customer Orders, Weekly Cost Update, Pepsi Data Sharing, QFA sales report, Purchase Order MTD)
- Sending Monthly Data Sharing to suppliers
- Checking the images in Talabat App weekly and uploading the ones that are missing
- Changing the barcodes, cost price and description as per operation’s request
- Updates the google sheet for all the changes in barcodes, price and description.
- Maintains the country’s Assortment/Google File
- Printing and stamping of documents
- Ad hoc related tasks as per managers request

- You have at least 3+ years of experience within data recording and the administrative field
- You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize

Sr. Specialist - Projects & Performance
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business or Engineering (MBA is a plus)
- 5+ years of professional experience within the food delivery, e-commerce or management consulting industries (Past experience in subscription-focused business is a plus)
- Expertise with data tools: Big Query, SQL, Looker Data Studio, Tableau.
- Strong finance acumen; experience in P&L analysis, financial modeling, unit economics, budgeting & forecasting, business impact analysis
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame / structure problems & synthesize complex data into meaningful & actionable insights.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, relationship management, or similar roles within the food tech industry or related sectors.
- Extensive experience with PowerPoint and Excel And/ Or Google Slides/ Sheets.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams is a plus
- Residency in Kuwait

- تتبع الطلبات وضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب.
- يتواصل مع المورد وفريق العمليات فيما يتعلق بطلب الشراء المحلي/التسليم
- إنشاء وإرسال تقارير الإدارة (العناصر النشطة، طلبات العملاء، تحديث التكلفة الأسبوعية، مشاركة بيانات بيبسي، تقرير مبيعات QFA، طلب الشراء MTD)
- إرسال بيانات المشاركة الشهرية إلى الموردين
- التحقق من الصور في تطبيق طلبات أسبوعيًا وتحميل الصور المفقودة
- تغيير الباركود وسعر التكلفة والوصف حسب طلب العملية
- تحديث ورقة جوجل لجميع التغييرات في الباركود والسعر والوصف.
- يحافظ على تشكيلة الدولة/ملف جوجل
- طباعة وختم الوثائق
- مهام مخصصة ذات صلة حسب طلب المديرين

- الخبرة في أدوات البيانات: Big Query، SQL، Looker Data Studio، Tableau.
