Responsibilities

🚑 Assist in transporting patients to and from various areas within the hospital
🚑 Transfer patients safely between units, including Emergency and Operating Rooms
📦 Collect and deliver items such as medication requests, specimens, and equipment
🧼 Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, positioning, and general comfort
⚠️ Apply strict safety measures during all transfer and transport activities
📋 Communicate effectively with staff nurses regarding patient conditions or needs
🗣️ Respond promptly to patient calls and requests
📝 Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the Head Nurse or Staff Nurse
🧹 Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment
💼 Perform additional support duties such as accompanying patients to payment areas or transporting equipment for repair

Requirements

🎓 Education: Minimum 1 year of nursing education or formal on-the-job training
🧪 Experience: At least 1 year in a healthcare or patient care-related field
📚 Knowledge: Familiarity with basic clinical practices and patient care protocols
🧠 Ability to follow institutional standards, policies, and safety goals
🤝 Strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality and compassion

📦 جمع وتوصيل الطلبات من الأدوية، العينات، والمعدات
🧼 المساعدة في نظافة المريض، وتحريكه، وتوفير الراحة اللازمة
⚠️ تطبيق تدابير السلامة الصارمة أثناء نقل وتحريك المرضى
📋 التواصل الفعال مع الممرضين حول حالة المريض أو احتياجاته
🗣️ الاستجابة الفورية لنداءات المرضى واحتياجاتهم
📝 ملاحظة أي تغيّرات في حالة المريض وإبلاغ الطاقم التمريضي بها
🧹 الحفاظ على بيئة نظيفة وآمنة ومعالجة أي مخاطر محتملة
💼 تنفيذ مهام داعمة إضافية مثل مرافقة المريض أو نقل المعدات للصيانة

الشروط

🎓 التعليم: سنة واحدة على الأقل في مجال التمريض أو تدريب عملي مكثف
🧪 الخبرة: سنة واحدة في مجال مشابه ضمن قطاع الرعاية الصحية
📚 المعرفة: إلمام بالممارسات السريرية الأساسية وإجراءات رعاية المرضى
🧠 الالتزام بالمعايير والإجراءات الداخلية ومتطلبات السلامة الدولية والوطنية
🤝 مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على الحفاظ على سرية وكرامة المرضى
