Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Operations
- Ensure timely closure of GRNs, accurate stock reception, and proper allocation to inventory.
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with expiry, damage, and documentation checks.
- Manage vendor returns (RTVs) and coordinate with Purchasing and Shipping to resolve order discrepancies.
- Document all inbound shipments and prepare reports for internal departments.

- ضمان إغلاق سجلات الجرد في الوقت المناسب، واستلام المخزون بدقة، والتخصيص المناسب للمخزون.
- الإشراف على عمليات مراقبة الجودة والتأكد من الامتثال لفحوصات انتهاء الصلاحية والتلف والتوثيق.
- إدارة إرجاعات البائعين (RTVs) والتنسيق مع قسم الشراء والشحن لحل التناقضات في الطلب.
- توثيق جميع الشحنات الواردة وإعداد التقارير للأقسام الداخلية.
مهندس عمليات مبتدئ
المسؤوليات الرئيسية: العمليات الواردة
- المساعدة في استلام البضائع إلى المستودع في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة دقيقة.
