Assistant Insurance Manager (Medical Doctor)
Qualifications:
- Medical doctor with 3-5 years of experience in an insurance company and/or hospital setting.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prescribes hormonal agents or topical treatments such as spironolactone, antiandrogens, oral corticosteroids, retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, and antibiotics.
- Provides dermabrasion or laser abrasion to treat atrophic scars, elevated scars, or other skin conditions.
- Provides therapies such as intralesional steroids and chemical peels to treat age spots, sun damage, rough skin, discolored skin, or oily skin.
- Assists in formulating plans & procedures for complex treatment procedures.
- Participates in organizational performance improvement activities.
- Recommends diagnostic tests based on patients' histories and physical examination findings.
Registrar - Radiology
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works under supervision of Consultants and Specialists working in the Department
- Prepares written documentation as required and ensures delivery of quality services in area of operations.
- Establishes and maintains communication within the Department and with other Hospital departments. Develops relationships with professional affiliations and others as is appropriate.
- Participates in new testing procedures and related protocol. Introduces and demonstrates new approved techniques, and usage of equipment, when required.
- Interprets the radiographic images, performs contrast studies and prepares reports on the patients subjected to radiology procedures.
- Provides interpretations of all tests performed by Imaging Services within a time frame established by the medical staff and the Hospital Administrator under supervision of attendant Consultant /Specialist.

- Provides In-Patient and Out-Patient consultations for disorders of the human glandular and hormonal systems.

- The Consultant Clinical Hematology plans, directs, administers, and supervises activities for patients with hematologic conditions. Responsibilities include the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of blood disorders and malignancies.
- The Consultant ensures the delivery of patient care in accordance with Ministry of Health regulations, Hospital Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, and Hematology Department Policies & Guidelines.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Works primarily in an air conditioned, well-lighted and comfortable health care facility, while also exposed to infections and close contact with the patients.

- يعالج ويشخص الأمراض الخاصة بالأعضاء التناسلية الأنثوية
- يقوم بفحص المرضى وإجراء الاختبارات التشخيصية وتفسيرها للحصول على معلومات حول الحالة الطبية وتحديد التشخيص.
- تقديم المشورة للمرضى بشأن النظام الغذائي والنظافة والرعاية الصحية الوقائية.
- فحص المرضى وتحديد فحوصات الأشعة والفحوصات المخبرية السريرية حسب الحاجة.
- يكتشف وجود ولادات متعددة أو عيوب خلقية من خلال الموجات فوق الصوتية.
- يقوم بإجراء جولات منتظمة على الأجنحة بشكل مستقل ويساعد الأطباء المعالجين أثناء جولات الأجنحة.
- يساعد في العمليات الجراحية النسائية عند الحاجة.
- يُساعد ويرافق حالات الولادة الطبيعية أو القيصرية، ويضمن صحة الأم والطفل. أما في حالات الولادة، فيُشترط الحصول على موافقة مسبقة وإجرائها تحت إشراف الطبيب الاستشاري المُعالج.
مسجل الأمراض الجلدية
- المشاركة في تقييم وتنفيذ وتقدير احتياجات رعاية المرضى.
- ينفذ العمل وفقًا لإجراءات المستشفى وسياسات التشغيل؛ ويعمل ضمن أطر الجودة المتفق عليها.
- يجري فحوصات جلدية كاملة ويقدم العلاج لأمراض الجلد؛ مشاكل الجلد عند الأطفال والأمراض التناسلية.
- يصف العوامل الهرمونية أو العلاجات الموضعية مثل سبيرونولاكتون، ومضادات الأندروجين، والكورتيكوستيرويدات الفموية، والريتينويدات، وبنزويل بيروكسايد، والمضادات الحيوية.
- يوفر تقشير الجلد أو التقشير بالليزر لعلاج الندبات الضامرة أو الندبات المرتفعة أو غيرها من حالات الجلد.

- يشارك في إجراءات الاختبار الجديدة والبروتوكولات ذات الصلة. يُقدّم ويُوضّح التقنيات الجديدة المعتمدة، وكيفية استخدام المعدات عند الحاجة.
- يقوم بتفسير الصور الشعاعية، وإجراء دراسات التباين وإعداد التقارير عن المرضى الذين خضعوا لإجراءات الأشعة.
- توفير تفسيرات لجميع الاختبارات التي يتم إجراؤها بواسطة خدمات التصوير ضمن إطار زمني يحدده الطاقم الطبي ومدير المستشفى تحت إشراف الاستشاري / المتخصص المرافق.

- يقوم بإجراء مجموعة واسعة من الإجراءات التي تشمل الجراحة التجميلية والجراحية الترميمية؛ جراحة الوجه، جراحة الجسم، الإجراءات البسيطة وغير الجراحية.
- إجراء عمليات تجميلية مثل تكبير الذقن وعظام الخد وإجراء العمليات الجراحية في الفم والفكين لعلاج حالات مثل الشفة الأرنبية والحنك المشقوق ومشاكل نمو الفك.
- فحص وتشخيص المرضى لتحديد أي خلل وتحديد مسار العلاج المناسب.
- تثقيف المرضى حول المخاطر المرتبطة بالإجراء بالإضافة إلى تقديم التوصيات بشأن متطلبات ما بعد الجراحة
- يستخدم أحدث التقنيات والأساليب المتقدمة والتدريب والمهارات المتخصصة لمنح المرضى أفضل النتائج الممكنة من إجراءاتهم سعياً إلى رضاهم الشخصي.

- يستخدم الامتيازات الخاصة بقبول المرضى وعلاجهم ويقوم بالإجراءات الطبية وفقًا لامتيازاته السريرية
- ضمان الصيانة المناسبة للملفات ومخططات المرضى وجميع السجلات الطبية والمستشفى المطلوبة حسب الحاجة
- 5. يرشد ويعلم الموظفين المبتدئين في تشخيص وعلاج الحالات المؤقتة والدائمة التي تسبب الإعاقة الجسدية

- تقديم الاستشارات للمرضى الداخليين والخارجيين.
- يتلقى الإحالات والاستشارات من التخصصات الأخرى.
- يقوم بتحليل التاريخ الطبي للمريض، وحساسية الأدوية، والحالة الجسدية، ونتائج الفحص للتأكد من ضرورة إجراء العملية وتحديد أفضل إجراء.
- يقدم معلومات للمرضى حول الحالة الطبية والمخاطر الجراحية.
