Mr Baker is currently hiring an Internal Auditor to ensure robust internal controls and operational efficiency across all business units. This full-time role requires an individual with strong analytical abilities, a methodical mindset, and a commitment to upholding the highest auditing standards.
Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive internal audits across departments such as production, inventory, sales, and cash handling

• Preparing variance reports and actionable recommendations for process improvement

• Monitoring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Identifying internal control gaps and risks, and proposing corrective actions

• Collaborating with departmental managers to discuss findings and implement solutions

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as an Internal Auditor

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with audit software and data analysis tools

• Ability to manage large data sets and deliver clear, concise reports

• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and independent judgment

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field
